SPEED UP FITNESS
Course starts in spring 2019.
Info: This course is an easy way to strengthen the core muscles that support your body. It is the foundation of your performance on an agility course. All of the exercises are tailored for agility handlers and well-suited for doing at home (in your own living room, for example).
Length: 8 Weeks
Typical Week: 2 sessions. Circuit training.
Requirements: A few square metres (easy to do at home). You will use your own bodyweight to exercise. No equipment needed.
Level of fitness: (suitability) beginner, intermediate and advanced*
Keyworks: agility, fitness, strength, core muscles, circuit training, body balance, control
*beginner – hardly any physical activity in everyday life, intermediate – training once or twice a week, and advanced – regular target-oriented exercise
