Info: This course is an easy way strengthen the core muscles that support your body. It is the foundation of your performance on the agility course. All of the exercises are tailored to agility handlers and well-suited to do at home (for example, in your own living room).

Length: 8 Weeks

Typical Week: 2 sessions. Circuit training.

Requirements: A few square metres (easy to do at home). You will use your own bodyweight to exercise. No equipment needed.
