We have defined three levels of fitness to suggest which course is best suited for your current level of fitness. These levels are:
BEGINNER – hardly any physical activity in everyday life
INTERMEDIATE – training once or twice a week, and
ADVANCED – regular target-oriented exercise.
Product information contains the definition of the levels of fitness for which the program is best suited. All our programs suit at least two of the levels mentioned above. Training instructions may differ as regards the number of repetitions, moves and recovery times.
